Returns & Exchanges

At Velotric, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or accessories within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the bike and pack it in its original shipping box with all components, manuals, and chargers included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for any damage or wear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
